FROM THE PRESIDENT
As
we head into September I wish you good luck with all your ceramic endeavors.
This will be a great show and Debora and the Committee Chairs are ironing out
all the details. An addition this year – the photo cube will be available
during part of the show so people can take pictures of their latest work. There
will be an email going out to discuss the signing up for a time slot and other
details. An email copy of the poster will be sent out so you can forward it to
your emailing lists. Info packs will be sent out after the booth pick meeting –
if you have any questions please call either Debora or Penelope, especially if
you have not been in the show before. Looking forward to seeing you at the
show. A big thank you to Roxanne Hunnicutt for taking over the Splash Page,
Stephanie Friedman becoming the new Empty Bowls Chair, and Hannah Brehmer for
taking over the Newsletter.

STUDIO SPACE NEEDED
Hello
there at Clayfolk
I
am looking to do some ceramics at an artist's ceramics studio. I would be
willing to pay in order to use the studio. I went to SOU and studied some
ceramics there. I am really into handbuilding and creating figures - if I could
work at a studio where the artist likes to do the same that would be wonderful
to exchange ideas. I do not do the wheel.
Thanks
