Pre-booth-pick show-chair meeting changed to

Debora Mahannah requested $150 to purchase a
sandwich board to be placed on Highway 99, on the island between lanes,
during the show. Voted and approved.
Debora Mahannah mentioned that it had been
brought to her attention that in the past a secretary had been present to
take the minutes at the Chair Meetings. Lynita volunteered, as the
Clayfolk secretary, to come to those meetings in the future and take the

customers do not have a map. Suggestion was tabled.
The board brought up to Debora Mahannah that she
has a soft voice and would she require a microphone for the meetings
before and after the show. Debora indicated she could be loud when needed
and would pay attention to this.
