I have been working with clay since 1997. I create a variety of tableware and sculptural pieces using wheel-thrown and hand-building techniques. Most of my work is atmospherically fired in wood, salt and soda kilns.
I have taught wheel-throwing courses for over a decade at both Clay Space in Eugene and the Oregon State University Craft Center. I live in Pleasant Hill with my wife, Lauren, and a herd of cats and chickens.
